After 95%, I really gain a lots of knowledge. Plus this semester, one of my subject is talking about marketing and planning, at least I not blur when I'm doing the project. I'm the person who don't like get into trouble, don't like to involve for responsible. That's why I don't like to be a group leader or chairman of clubs. But after the training, I notice I less of leadership, and I really need to train my self in it. Intention is 100%, so in this semester, I'm the leader for 1 assignment, final assignment for a whole semester.
I was stuck with what I should do, how to be a leader and how to make my group be the best. Starting, I tried the way I work in 95%, for like 4 weeks? I notice that couldn't work. People will not share as much as they can, they wont say they want to do the task until you ask for, they will not get involve until they have to. I observe each person strange and weakness, and given different task for each person. This will be easier and faster. I know work this way will cause others no chance to work on it. But seriously they even happier, and also if they not good in it, I ask them to work together, share out and still I'm gonna reject the work. So, that will wasted the time for both side.
My group now working quite fine. At least there's no one is useless in my group. Never expect to choice who should you work with but think of how you should work with the people. Great learning that I get from 95%. Once again, Thanks Janet, Peter, and Shahnaz!
