Thanks to Jobstreet, finally I've got a job!!! Past few months, I was trying to get a graphic designer's position in Singapore Jobstreet, but always no reply. I went to a Architecture and Interior Company for an interview before my graduation, the position that they offered is CG Artist. According to the manager, basically my job is a 'photoshoper'. I need to impose all the image, arrange the buildings and plants (like what usually people do in catalog when selling or before building those houses). And so, he also said that once I got a job, I have to work for 2 years at least. I was thinking, my god, 2 years is long. They want me to consider it and say will give me a call. But end up nothing also, no mails no nothing.
Then, I was stoning at home for the rest of my life!Until past few days, some one call me, ask me go interview in Singapore. On that night, I do some research how to get there, for god sake, very nice done by Singapore, they got a site call Street Directory , what you need to do is just type in the location that you wanna go and from where, Street Directory will give u the way of using MRT or Bus. Besides, it also shows the maps so that you can really clear about the location.
During my interview day, I passed the test that gave me. They want me to do a layout in the shortest time, I cant recall how long i take but at least they satisfied. So in the end, they hire me!! I will be start workin at 1st of Oct.
Another good news is, my girlfriend got a job from ellen brook company in the same day. One thing is, can I actually got a room in time?
